At Shopira, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
